If you’re reading this, you send me a message (either via email or Telegram) about deactivating your subscription.
I don’t directly manage or control your subscription, and you have all the power to do so yourself 😊. The day you subscribed to Kainene vos Savant, you received an email from Paystack notifying you of your subscription, and subsequently, Paystack sent you an email three days before your next billing cycle.
Please search for the emails you received from Paystack in your email inbox (I use ‘Paystack’ as a search keyword in my email app) and you’ll find the emails from Paystack for managing your subscription.
Below is an example of what such an email looks like:
Click on the “Manage Subscription” button, which should take you to a webgpage like this one:
Click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ option (in grey, directly under the ‘Replace card’ button) to cancel the subscription.
If you clicked on the “Manage Subscription” button and got taken to a page saying the page has expired, click the “Request for new link” button, and you’ll be sent a new link for managing your subscription in your email inbox, which you can use to deactivate your subscription.
